Request deletion
Email admin@tracknact.com from the address your Track&Act account is registered to, with the subject “Delete my Track&Act account and data”.
We ask you to write from the registered address because it is how we confirm the request is yours — we would rather turn down a genuine request than act on one from somebody else. If you no longer have access to that address, say so and we will find another way to verify you.
You do not need to give a reason, and nothing is required beyond the email.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account on our servers:
- Your account itself and its sign-in identity
- Every checklist, item, note, tag, date and reminder you have synced
- Attachments — links, photos, audio notes and drawings
- Your history: completion records, streaks, points and trend logs
- Goals, projects, phases and events
- Any backups held on our side
Timing
We acknowledge the request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent: once done, we cannot restore your data, so export anything you want to keep first.
What may be kept, and why
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and anything we are legally obliged to keep — billing and tax records for a subscription, for example. Those records are kept because the law requires it, not because they are useful to us, and they contain no checklist content.
Data on your device
Track&Act keeps a copy of your lists on the device itself so it works offline. Deleting your account does not reach that copy. To remove it, uninstall the app, or use Settings › Clear data in Android’s app info screen.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — Play holds that, not us. Cancel it at Google Play › Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues after your data has gone.
